  • RESOLUTION #25-004 Protections for Students at School Regardless of Immigration Status: All staff in our facilities must refer immigration officials to our superintendent or chief human resources officer.

When children or families receive services outside of our facilities or schools, families should know that everyone, regardless of immigration status, has certain rights and protections under the U.S. constitution. Our staff cannot intervene when federal law enforcement carries out duties, but we can provide families and child care providers with information.
