NWRESD’s Integrated Programs Supports provide districts with side-by-side technical assistance and program implementation support in order to meet state requirements for applications, as well as support program implementation to meet LPGT’s and district goals.
Supports for the 2025-26 School Year
Universal Supports
Initial intake meeting to identify needs and create a personalized plan as strategic or individualized supports are needed
Access to Instructional Services programs to support IG plan implementation
Access to Data Dashboard and community survey templates for Quantitative Data
Resource Bank including Progress Marker Resource Alignment
Access to application organizer and engagement team agendas
LPGT Goal Setting Meetings
Review of your plan and application by NWRESD/contractors for feedback prior to submission
Strategic Supports
Data support for compiling quantitative and qualitative data
Coaching on public relations strategies and support developing materials (e.g. promotional flyers, press releases, presentation templates)
For districts who did not have facilitation or co-facilitation last year OR new superintendents: Consultation for planning additional community engagement events utilizing Story Circles or Empathy Interviews
Individualized Supports for Small, Rural Districts
Grants Team support for applications and reporting related to Integrated Guidance and Title I
Additional sub funding for attending Instructional Services Professional Learning
Contractors for side-by-side support to review needs assessment and craft changes/updates to IG plan based on the needs assessment
Individualized Supports for TSI/CSI Districts
Individualized meeting to align school priorities with supports and services from the ESD
Priority for coaching support from NWR Instructional Services Team program staff
Instructional Rounds on focus area identified in school plan to support improvement
Additional substitute funding for attending Instructional Services Professional Learning
TSI/CSI Collaborative Meetings to help with plan creation and improvement processes

We are hosting four Integrated Programs Learning Collaboratives throughout the year to support you with developing robust, data-driven plans co-designed with families and communities that advance student outcomes, particularly for focal groups, through effective engagement and strategic planning.
