The NWRESD Grant Development Department is available to assist with the following grant opportunities and others as they become available. Please complete this request form to start the process of grant assistance.

Education Grant - KeyBank Foundation

CTE Revitalization Grants - Oregon Department of Education

General Program Grants - H.E.L.P. Charity

Through its grant program, H.E.L.P. provides resources to U.S. based non-profit tax-exempt schools and other entities to support educational programs. Grants available where Figaro’s Pizza or Pizza Schmizza locations exist: Forest Grove, Hillsboro, Beaverton and Tualatin (Wilsonville).

Grant awards will range from $500 to $1,000 Due dates each month by the last day of the month.

General Program Grant - Max and Victoria Dreyfus Foundation Grant

General Program Grants - The Clark Foundation

Business Oregon - Child Care Infrastructure Grant Program

Business Oregon - Seismic Rehabilitation Grant Program

Business Oregon's Seismic Rehabilitation Grant Program is accepting application from October 1st, 2025 through January 23rd, 2026. Public k-12 school district may apply for a maximum award of $2.5 million per building. There will be $50 million available for school projects and $25 million for emergency service projects.

Eligible activities include:

Structural improvements including non-structural;
Architecture and engineering; and
Project management.

Ineligible activities include:

Demolition/rebuild or new construction; and
Solely non-structural projects (e.g. chimney removal/bracing).

Buildings with a mix of eligible and ineligible uses can be considered if an entity pays for the ineligible portion of the project. Eligible projects can apply for as much as $2.5 million through the SRGP.

To request support, please fill out this Google Form for every grant/project request. The grant developer for your region will then reach out to you as soon as possible and connect you with support.

Please note: Grant requests must be made at least a month before the due date. Submission closer to the due date may result in your request being denied due to capacity issues.
