Diverse Educator Pathways

Research shows academic and social emotional benefits for students who have access to educators who mirror their racial, cultural and linguistic identities. Yet, there is a severe shortage of linguistically and racially diverse educator talent in our state. To address this critical gap, we launched the Diverse Educator Pathways Program.
