Our Instructional Services Department provides a wide range of enrichment, training and support  programs for students, families and educators living in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Washington counties. The overarching aim of our programs is to help schools create environments where students and educators alike are thriving. 

We do that by supporting educators with professional learning, coaching, mentoring and instructional support. We also help schools create systems so the changes will be long-lasting and not reliant on one teacher or group of educators.
