Head Start serves children ages three (3) and four (4) in families living at or below 130% of the Federal Poverty Level, on TANF, children in foster care, or experiencing homelessness.  Head Start is a program with Community Action Team that offers high quality, public funded preschool that works with children and families to promote children’s growth in all areas of development. Involves families in every aspect of their child’s development; including facilitating program involvement, accessing local resources, and collaborating with community partners. Community Action Team is an anti-poverty agency that provides a holistic approach for families.

The Preschool Promise Program is a high-quality, publicly funded, preschool program that serves children ages three (3) and four (4) in families living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, children in foster care, and children from other historically underserved populations. The Preschool Promise Program is delivered in a variety of settings including centers, homes, and schools.
