On Tuesday, January 13, 2026, NWRESD began contract negotiations with OSEA and will be meeting in afternoon bargaining sessions one to two times per month until an agreement is reached.
We have established a collaborative process that will allow us to settle on a contract that is beneficial to students and staff and that is fiscally responsible for our component districts and the communities we serve.
