We host a parent advisory group to build meaningful connections with families who receive services from our agency and to ensure family voices help guide our work. Members provide valuable input on how we can strengthen and improve our programs and services.
The committee meets once a month during the school year for a 90-minute meeting, scheduled at a time that works for participants. During the 2025-26 school year, meetings will be held on the fourth Thursday of each month from 7-8:30 p.m. on Zoom.
Participation is a commitment of about 10-15 hours per year, and we ask members to commit to serving for at least a year.
As a member of the Parent Advisory Committee, you will have opportunities to:
- share your experiences and perspectives as a parent
- connect with other families on the committee
- offer input on how to make our programs and services more inclusive
