Our BASES team supports districts with school culture and climate goals through a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) lens. We help districts strengthen their instruction holistically through positive things like behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS), MTSS, and attendance best practices. We also provide support focused on improving specific components to impact school culture and climate like addressing student behaviors and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.

BASES Collaborative
Our BASES team also provides a 3-part training series called the BASES Collaborative. The content provided during these sessions will have a direct and lasting positive impact on MTSS supports within school buildings. The goal of this collaborative is to provide meaningful and tangible tools that staff can implement immediately within programs and school buildings to see an improvement in attendance, engagement, sense of belonging, and inclusive practices and policies.
