Jessica “Jessie” Padilla, an assistant principal at Ash Creek Elementary School in Monmouth, Oregon, has been named the next principal of our early learning programs in Columbia County. The programs provide Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education services to about 300 families.

Ralene Whitlock of St. Helens knows firsthand the importance of special education. Her son, now 22, started receiving special education services in kindergarten. She teared up as she shared about the day he got his driver’s license. She says it was his lifelong dream to get behind the wheel.
