Rikkie Schley has nearly 15 years of experience in special education and rehabilitation services as an administrator and speech-language pathologist. The purpose of the role is to provide more consistent and cohesive services to the 2,500 babies, toddlers and preschoolers in our programs.

Laurel brings 18 years of experience in elementary education and literacy leadership to the role. Since 2023, she has advised 19 school districts on their literacy instruction -- teaching educators about how kids actually learn to read and then helping them assess their progress.
