BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that NWRESD commits to honoring Pride Month with intentional practices that go beyond symbolism—by embedding equity in our educational programs, supporting LGBTQIA+ students and staff, and fostering a culture of affirmation and inclusion throughout our region.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the NWRESD Board encourages students, families, staff, and the wider community to participate in Juneteenth celebrations, learn about this crucial aspect of American history, and engage in ongoing actions toward dismantling racial inequities and promoting healing and unity.
