The superintendent or designee will hold staff meetings, meetings, and professional development to take care of business that cannot be handled through electronic communication or through the departmental committee structure.

Food, beverage, and other other related items provided by the ESD to employees including any of their relatives or household members who are accompanying them during work-related events such as, but not limited to staff meetings, meetings, professional development, and conferences, are provided as part of the employee’s official compensation package.

All staff are expected to attend staff meetings unless prior arrangements have been made with the superintendent or designee.

Any meeting sponsored or called by a labor organization during contract hours is subject to statutory and collective bargaining provisions.
