Construction Services For Renovation of the Cascade Pacific Annex Project

Notice to proposers, all responses shall be:

  • Submitted in person, in writing to NWRESD 5825 NE Ray Circle Hillsboro, OR 97124
  • Proposals will be received until: May 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time
  • A copy of this Notice is available on the District’s website www.nwresd.org. RFP document may be obtained from Todd Hendrickson of NWRESD: thendrickson@nwresd.k12.or.us  
  • A non-mandatory meeting / site walk will be held at the Cascade Pacific Annex Building, 14155 SW Brigadoon Court Beaverton, OR 97005, at 1:00 PM on May 2, 2025.
  • All bids shall be in the format requested and/or furnished by Northwest Regional Education Service District, herein after referred to as District, or they may be rejected by the District.
  • District will not be responsible for proposals delivered to any location other than the address listed above. Proposals delivered to another address will be considered non-responsive.
  • Interested firms shall have no unauthorized contact with District staff or Board Members during the selection process. 

Northwest Regional Education Service District is renovating an 1,800 square foot space in the aforementioned space on Brigadoon Court with the intention of converting it to usable movement space. NWRESD intends to renovate it to current codes and standards to be used as an exercise/training facility.  

Funding for this project will be from a variety of sources and from district allocated funds. The District’s construction budget for this project, not including soft costs, is $120,000.00.

The construction services contract period is expected to begin immediately upon selection and extend through completion and close-out of the project. The District may, for good cause, reject any or all proposals upon a finding it is in the public interest to do so and to rescind the award of any contract at any time before the execution of said contract by all parties with no liability against the District.
