Jamie Holt, holding certificate, with Todd Robson, interim principal at the Beaverton Early Childhood Center, Destynee Andrews, Edustaff district manager and Linda Baumgartner, administrative assistant at the Beaverton Early Childhood Center.
Please join us in congratulating Jamie Holt, one of our outstanding licensed substitute teachers, on being selected as a recipient of the Edustaff Excellence Award.
Jamie was nominated by Linda Baumgartner, an administrative assistant at our Beaverton Early Childhood Center.
"Jamie subs for us often, and our staff frequently comment on how great she is with the kids," Linda says. "She treats the children and staff kindly and with respect. Jamie is the first name on our substitute list when we need someone. We are lucky to have Jamie as one of our licensed substitutes."
This recognition reflects the positive relationships Jamie builds with students and staff, as well as her commitment to creating supportive and engaging learning environments wherever she serves. These characteristics make her a valued member of our educational community.
"Substitutes are critical and keep schools functioning through illness, family emergencies, professional learning, etc.," says Melinda Halverson, a support specialist on NWRESD's human resources team.
Congratulations, Jamie, on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for all you do for students, staff, and families across our region.
