We serve the school districts and communities in Oregon's four northwest counties—Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Washington—operating a service center from each county. The Washington Service Center serves as the regional office.

Our Child Care Resource and Referral program provides support and training for child care providers in Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook counties. Our goal is to recruit, train and promote the retention of a quality child care workforce in our communities and support families to find quality child care that meets their needs.
