Third Quarter SIA Learning Collaborative: Elevating Youth and Family Voice

  • Date: 03/14/2022 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM

All learning collaborative meetings will be virtual for the 2021-22 school year.

NWRESD's Student Success Act support team is hosting quarterly learning collaboratives during the 2021-22 school year. Our purpose is to provide timely information related to Oregon's Student Investment Account (SIA) in an interactive workshop format where district personnel can learn and collaborate across the region.

The workshops seek to:

  • center equity and focus on student groups identified in the Student Investment Account
  • focus on promising professional learning practices in community engagement
  • offer opportunities to collaborate with role-alike colleagues across the region
  • provide coaching from NWRESD's SSA/SIA support team

Suggested district attendees include:

  • district SIA progress reporting contact
  • communications person
  • parents and family members
  • students
  • superintendent/assistant superintendent
  • district personnel supporting family and community engagement

The March 14 workshop will focus on elevating the voices of young people, families, community-based organizations and tribal members.

Register to attend the third quarter SIA learning collaborative.
