School-based health services Medicaid reimburses Oregon schools for health and related services provided to Medicaid-enrolled students. Schools can bill for Medicaid services when those services are provided through an individualized family service plan (IFSP) or an individual education plan (IEP). Medicaid Administrative Claiming The Medicaid administrative claiming (MAC) program reimburses Oregon districts for time spent on administrative activities associated with coordination, referral, outreach and program planning of Medicaid-covered health services.
